From large-scale events to complex strategic initiatives, she combines creativity, precision, and relationship-driven leadership to bring every vision to life.
Her career spans diverse roles in marketing, partner management, and event execution, including overseeing enterprise partnerships, launching new initiatives, and managing events for thousands of attendees. Desiree thrives in ambiguity, creating structure, clarity, and results where it matters most.
Outside the office, Desiree balances life as a busy mom of three, a community volunteer, and a business owner. Striving to make every project, event, and collaboration thoughtful, strategic, and unforgettable.

His career spans consulting and leadership roles within global organizations, including work in the insurance and banking industries, where he has led initiatives focused on transformation, risk, and responsible growth. Kristofer excels at building the systems behind the vision—financial strategy, operational rigor, and digital infrastructure that enable organizations to execute with clarity and confidence.
